Senior Pricing Analyst at Cox Enterprises in Atlanta, GA

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES Build analytical models to determine which price models & price metrics best align with perceived & actual value as directed in the Pricing Strategy Understand the products, how they work and what value they provide to recommend attributes that would drive our pricing and packaging Build and maintain foundational pricing data and models to support Pricing Strategy Develop / maintain pricing models in a scalable, flexible data environment (Alteryx, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift) Develop / maintain Sales tool pricing / discount logic in homegrown environment (Microsoft PowerApps) Work to understand the specific systems required to execute pricing actions across the business unit Work with IT teams to translate pricing logic and source system coding into Enterprise IT CPQ implementation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Business or Information Technology. A combination of education and/or relevant work experience will also be considered. Generally 5 years of business experience in a pricing or analytical role Strong background with Microsoft Excel:
Lookups, nested conditional statements (SUM/COUNTIFs), statistical functions, pivoting Experience using Microsoft PowerApps Suite of applications desired. Comparable experience building / maintaining an enterprise low code application (ApEX, Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce Dev) also acceptable Strong Experience in writing SQL queries utilizing a variety of joining and transforming methods Familiarity with workflow-based data extraction and transformation tools, such as Alteryx (or equivalent) Experience with ETL (extract, transform, and load) concepts. Comfortable with accessing, transforming, and joining large data sets from a variety of sources Experience with scripting languages:
Python, Ruby, R, JavaScript highly desirable but not required Technical Skills:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
