We are seeking a driven and talented Program Manager to join our thriving Cloud Services business unit and work with some of the best Cloud Technologists in the market. The individual will be capable of working independently in the role when needed, able to act with a sense of urgency, and willing to contribute as an active member of the Smartronix Cloud community. A strong focus on quality, communication, customer success, and results, the individual will be working alongside some of the best Cloud technologists in the market, jointly driving to successful project execution. Responsibilities:
Oversees all aspects of multiple complex Cloud projects including finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and reporting Prepares long and short-range plans for complex Cloud services projects and for necessary support resources Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with customer As lead executive, the PM has overall responsibility for all financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of the Contract. The PM is also the key interface with Government Leadership and Stakeholders Manages, directs, and allocates resources to support task orders; supported by contractor corporate executives to make sure that top quality services are provided Manage all project activities to include scope, cost and schedule in accordance with contract Tracks, reports on and mitigates project related risks and issues Manages projects to ensure profitability and resource utilization attainment Works with Invoicing Team to ensure accurate invoicing for professional services, managed services, Cloud resources and other direct costs (ODCs) Manages resources and identifies resource risks or blockers Provides personnel with timely, constructive, and actionable feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness. Captures meeting minutes and actions items. Distributes action items as required and manages to completion Communicates project status to clients, management, and partners as appropriate Cultivates effective working relationships with client, Smartronix, and partner teams to maximize productivity and customer service delivery Anticipates problems or situations that could affect project success. Assesses potential impact, develops and executes the best solution to mitigate. Escalates to leadership as appropriate Models integrity and initiative Ensures status report delivery, development of project-related documentation, and implementation of lessons learned Participates in project performance review meetings and discussions Responsible for managing programs to successful execution and cultivating customer relationships to ensure both short and long-term program growth Required Skills and

None; ability to obtain A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Admin Science, Mathematics, or Engineering and 15
Years of IT Experience, 10 of which are in building, operating, and improving environments specifically with experience related to enterprise cloud modernization of technically complex applications within the last 3 years. PMP or PgMP certification ITIL Demonstrated experience managing virtual call center deployments. Demonstrated experience managing public cloud (Azure and AWS) projects and programs Resilient with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, setting timelines, holding people accountable and delivering projects on-time and on-budget. Agile project management experience Natural desire to provide excellent customer support Prior experience working directly with external customers and partners. Proven experience supervising project team resources. Proven experience managing, to include presenting to, executive-level customers. Well organized with the ability to react quickly to a changing landscape Strong leadership and relationship management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly, confidently and respectfully communicate with all team members - whether technical or executive. Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills Self-motivated; ability to maintain excellence with minimum supervision Well versed in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools Solid understanding of public cloud technologies Preferred Skills and Experiences AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or other Cloud Service Provider foundational certifications Vaccination is a requirement of the position per Executive Order 14042.
