SMX is seeking a Cloud Computing Developer / Computer Programmer with a passion for technology, the ability to understand and assess new technologies and understanding their applicability to business. We are seeking a driven individual who has a desire to work with some of the best Cloud developers in the Market. Today SMX serves Fortune 1000 Financial, Healthcare, and government agencies and other regulated markets worldwide in delivery of Cloud Services. The Cloud Computing Developer (software engineer with a specialization in cloud computing) will be responsible for application rationalization on the journey to cloud, including application of the 6Rs:
Retain, Retire, Refactor, Rehost, Replatform, and Repurchase. Member of a larger team in charge of cloud IT application assessment, design, development, re-architecture, enhancement, deployment and operations and maintenance for an IT Portfolio that includes an Agile DevSecOps approach.
Responsibilities:
Full-stack developer across all aspects of the software development process, including initial planning, design, software development and coding, prototyping, documentation, testing, and configuration. Create, modify, and test the code, forms, and script that allow a wide range of applications to run in the cloud. Assist software developers by analyzing user needs and designing software solutions. Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. Refactoring of applications in preparation for a move from physical data centers to Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud. Function as part of a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team building cloud environments (AWS, Azure, hybrid), shared services, DevOps tooling, and cloud platforms. Participate in an enterprise process workflow that includes peer reviews, automated testing, and close coordination with customer stakeholders. Software development leveraging agile development principles, with necessary documentation, human-centered design, and an extensible infrastructure. Exciting work environment:

Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science/systems, programming, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology, software engineering/programming, management, natural sciences, social sciences, mathematics, or business/finance and/or combination of certifications in AWS and Azure and eight (8) years of experience is required. Familiarity with Python, Golang, Java, Terraform, CloudFormation, Lambda, ServiceNow CI/CD, Agile, containers Expert in development and support of DevOps and/or DevSecOps deployment strategies. Expert knowledge of DevOps tools and processes deploying infrastructure through DevOps scripting and pipelines. Desired Skills and
Experience:
AWS and/or Azure Certified DevOps Engineer Vaccination is a requirement of the position per Executive Order 14042. If a candidate is not vaccinated, they may request an accommodation once offered the position. The accommodation must be granted prior to the employee starting in the position. Candidate will have 60 days to get vaccinated. For candidates in TN, KY, and OH where there are stays in place vaccination may be a requirement of the position post court decision
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
