Director of Web Operations at Mailchimp in Atlanta, GA

This role is responsible for operations, governance and compliance of Mailchimp.com. This role will partner with web marketing and product management on revolutionizing our website to be optimized for acquisition. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance standards and production capacity, working with numerous stakeholders cross functionally to improve the customer experience through product roadmaps, and managing supporting technologies, teams, and site governance at all times. This role is a key leader in enabling technologies for Web, including MarTech, Marketing Ops, and customer segmentation. What you'll do here:
Day to day management of team tagging and publishing on Mailchimp.com Work with Web Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering to develop CMS requirements to help meet business goals & objectives Manage processes and governance for mailchimp.com to include but not limited to:
Testing, Tagging, Compliance, Brand Guidelines Adherence, CMS and other technology management, SEO Requirements, Site Search, etc. Plan and coordinate all activities associated with the architecture and technical infrastructure with internal & external engineering teams as required Partner with Web Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and execute on the roadmap for website needs/site enhancements, ultimately improving customer experience and driving increased site conversion Drive scalable web production processes and workflows that achieve operational efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness Partner with other Martech and Enablement leaders on the Marketing team (ad tech, customer lifecycle, analytics) to create one holistic and actionable view of our customers, and ability to segment and target Lead a team of experienced professionals - Attracting, recruiting, retaining, and developing team members We'd love to hear from you if:
Managed large, complex, and global websites in the technology space; preference for deep Content Management System experience Extensive knowledge of current and emerging digital best practices, with 8
years experience in Digital operations and website management Subject matter expertise in web strategy & production, site operations, UI/UX features and functionalities, site tagging, testing operations, global compliance, optimization, and device effectiveness Thorough understanding of global digital compliance requirements & corresponding technologies to support and ensure compliance Built governance frameworks and supporting processes Experience working with engineers & web producers and managing a team of direct reports Experience managing external agencies & partners Can navigate ambiguity and change with ease Experience managing and leading complex site redesigns, rebuilds, and implementations with numerous stakeholders and functions Excellent communication and prioritization skills Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing, high growth environment Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing or a Related field
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
