Talent Acquisition Manager

The Senior Leader of Talent Acquisition for Georgia Power Company and Southern Company Corporate Shared Services is responsible for leading a team of recruiting consultants in the day-to-day management and execution of recruiting strategies, external hiring and internal deployment activities. Client groups consist of 9000 employees and 1500 annual hires. This position will partner with Human Resources and business unit leaders to ensure an integrated and collaborative team environment with a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of timely, effective, and quality driven Talent Acquisition products and services. Education Requirements BS in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline preferred. MBA or MS degree preferred Experience Requirements Proven ability to lead a department to establish, align and drive the department to meet strategic goals and expectations Proven ability to develop teams and individuals through motivation, team processes and performance management 7-10 years progressive recruiting experience, with knowledge and ability in human resources, strongly preferred Extensive knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, manager consultation, passive and direct sourcing options, internet and database mining, military, campus, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, offer creation and negotiations, candidate management, peer networking and vendor relationship management Experience leveraging benchmarks, market intelligence, workforce plans, affirmative action goals, company culture and expectations to develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet short and long term staffing targets for a variety of positions - skilled labor, non-exempt, exempt, and executive Demonstrated ability to build relationship with key business unit leaders and hiring managers with the expressed purpose of identifying, gathering and utilizing key business drivers necessary to recruit successful candidates Knowledge of contingent labor strategies and major employment laws and regulations Excellent business writing, presentation, networking, negotiation and interpersonal skills Model our values - Safety First, Unquestionable Trust, Superior Performance, and Total Commitment Job Responsibilities Lead, develop, and manage the performance of a team of recruiting consultants Provide seamless delivery of effective recruiting strategies and comprehensive solutions to address customer recruiting challenges Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers, HR partners, and peers to better understand their needs and to deliver recruiting strategies and services aligned to business objectives Develop effective recruiting strategies that are proactively developed, communicated, and implemented to meet the needs of the business units Ensure the development and execution of key pipeline programs such as campus, military and workforce development as it pertains to specific business unit initiatives Analyze, interpret, and deliver proactive and on-demand metric reports that allow customers to make timely and informed decisions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends, labor laws, and legislative initiatives that have short- and long-term implications on the business Prepare, monitor, and evaluate budgets and other resource plans for the team Ensure recruiting plans support local diversity strategies and goals Develop direct reports to meet their career objectives and personal goals Be an active member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team that formulates strategies and executes plans.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & Training, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
