What You'll Do:
As the Enterprise Client Success Manager, you will grow and strengthen enterprise client partnerships within the Cox Automotive enterprise sales model. This is a client facing role that will service as a primary resource for client account management, sales enablement, cross-business unit integrations, program coordination, and product performance optimization. You will support unique initiatives and requests, as well developing new and creative solutions for your assigned clients. Overall, you will build relationships with our key clients and provide the highest level of excellent client support and service. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Establish and build relationship with assigned sales lead, and for some segments the Client Partner, to help promote strategic vision for client(s) Work with the assigned sales lead to build, optimize, and execute on the client's account plan and assess strategy. Optimize current business model for assigned clients by making strategic recommendations in leveraging Cox Automotive to help grow their business, expand product utilization . Gather, utilize, and leverage data from internal or external sources to support strategy decisions. Assist and participate in any account planning activities to understand client goals and objectives. Ensure client needs and expectations are met and/or exceeded. Assist with sales cycle support by working with internal partners/teams within the organization and holding them accountable for executing on client initiatives, resolving client issues. Responsible for development of, delivery to, or organization of product demonstrations to all assigned clients. Speak to the technology integration & implementation procedures of a new product or service with a client, or include appropriate resources when needed. Engage appropriate resources to respond to functional and technical elements of RFI's/RFP's/RFQ's. Protect and retain existing business by providing post-sale and optimization support. Required:
5 years of relevant work experience. BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Role will require travel, may require up to 50% travel to client sites or internal company events Preferred:
5 years of experience preferred in client management, automotive industry preferred Previous knowledge of Cox Automotive products and services preferred Capable of leveraging data to justify strategy and optimization recommendations Ability to effectively present in front of multiple stakeholders, including client C-suite personnel Rudimentary understanding of program management application tool(s) and processes Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with other teams Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce CRM MBA preferred Come join the Cox family of businesses and make your mark today. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
