Business Process Specialist
The Opportunity:
The Business Process Specialist provides functional expertise to ensure that the standard model implemented as part of the Consumer Packaging System Modernization (CPSM) meets the business requirements for their area of responsibility:
Customer Service, Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, Quality, Shipping, and/or Finance.The Process Specialist will work directly with WestRock manufacturing facility personnel and Application Standards team to identify the functional requirements and implement solutions(s) to meet these requirements. The Process Specialist will also be responsible for supporting the implementation of the standard processes and monitoring the process to ensure compliance and positive results. How you will impact WestRock:
Building strong and trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and Business Process Owners, ensuring alignment on standard template and enhancement requirements
Develop solutions to meet new functional requirements identified in collaboration with the Application Standards team
Ensure standard model being deployed meets the business requirements
Provide training and support to ensure compliance to the standard model processes
Support cut-over activity by being engaged in functional area during cut-over process
Collaborate with business leaders to establish the key performance indicators that will be used to measure the impact of the CPSM implementation
Ensure plants have access to data required to manage the operations
Engage the business Power Users to identify opportunities to improve the standard model What you will need to succeed:

years' experience within packaging industry
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence others to comply with standard business processes.
Understanding and experience implementing operational management systems
Become proficient in the standard model processes being deployed
Driven with a sense of urgency to achieve results
Effective leader of change
Willingness to travel 70%
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Process ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
