The opportunity:
A diverse continuous improvement team fully aligned with and in support of WestRock's Mill Operations Division. Driven to maximize business results across the WestRock mill system through collaboration with mill leadership.Focused on identification, development, and execution of key improvement opportunities across all parts of mill operations.Includes Process Optimization, Reliability, Daily Management Systems, Root Cause Analysis, and many other elements of on-going improvement and teammate engagement to drive consistent, data-based decision making, all focused on generating maximize value for WestRock and its shareholders. How you will impact WestRock:
Provides project management services to ensure the consistent, organized, and efficient utilization of the right resources on the right activities to have the greatest impact on WestRock's performance. Support standardization and leadership of project management guidelines. Manage the development, training, support, resource management, and ownership of processes and procedures.Interface between Mills, Engineering and Manufacturing Services (EMS) Teams, IT Team, OPEX (MBBs and Black Belts), Regional VPs, and General Managers Development and execution services related to:
Large capital investments in mill operationsCapital investment programs for operations, reliability, and cost savingsNon-capital projects including M&A and integrationsMill turnarounds/outage support including readiness assessments, execution, and sharing of best practices The OPEX and PMO Project Manager (PM) works closely with the varying team members of the OPEX Team, Engineering and Manufacturing Services (EMS), Mill Leadership, IT, and others to develop and execute value-driving projects across the Mill Operations Division. The Project Manager supports the Vision, Mission, and Values of WestRock. The Project Manager improves WestRock's future and our Path to One Strategy by properly leading and managing projects that drive excellence across our operational centers of excellence:
safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and people. A member of the OPEX and PMO Team dedicated to the successful development and execution of our most important projects. Effective leadership of key OPEX and TMO projects includes:
A strong focus on the standardization and leadership of improvement projects Coordination of resources and organizational teams, driving proper support for the project team(s) Issue resolution Dedication to the project's goals as identified by the OPEX and PMO Team Leadership and WestRock management. Emphasis on the gathering, understanding, and communicating the project priorities with the stakeholders. Determine and define project scope and objectives. Develop and manage resources required to reach the project goals effectively and efficiently Prepare and manage budget and forecast based on scope of work, schedule, and resource requirements Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and plan Prepare presentations and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders. Utilize best practices and standards. Communicate and coordinate with mill and senior leadership. Monitor progress and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and adjust as needed. Lead project schedule and coordination meetings. Develop Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Statements of Work (SOW), as applicable. Contribute to the development of WestRock leaders and engineers who support the assigned projects. What you need to succeed:
+10 years of business, operational leadership, Operational Excellence, CI, engineering, or equivalent experience in operating environments, preferrable in a large-scale process-driven industry Business, engineering, science, or related degree preferred; Master's degree is a plus Expertise in Project Management; with at least basic understanding of Operations, Leadership, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement Demonstrated ability to lead people and delegate up and down Demonstrated ability to stay calm under high stress and in a fast-changing environment High level of communication skills and ability to articulate clearly Ability to interact with executive leadership Additional skills needed:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
