Full Time Duties:
Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA team members on subjects from design to deployment. Provide updates to the team management on new methods, tools, and practices to support rapid software development and requirements. Create technical specification documents (flow and ERD) based on product owner requirements. Estimate, prioritize, and plan work items (epics, features, work items, and tasks) to be handled during sprints/iterations. Participate in creating and amending development standards, guidelines, and services for common use by other internal software developments teams. Provide technical leadership and cross-training to peers in areas of expertise as well participate in coding applications. This position is eligible for telecommuting. Requirements:
Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or 3 years of work experience in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include:
1) Web development; 2) HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, and JSON; 3) Responsive website design; 4) Mobile application development and testing for iOS and Android; 5) SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL; 6) Modern JavaScript framework; 7) UX/UI design; 8) Developing RESTful, SOA-based, and microservices applications; 9) Working within Agile/Scrum development teams; 10) Agile tools; 11) Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and source control in Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Git; 12) ASP.NET and C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core; and 13) Wireframing and image editing tools.
