Senior Manager, IT Sourcing
This position requires proven experience in managing the IT (Hardware, Software, related maintenance services) and Telecom sourcing process. The responsibilities of the Sr. Manager, IT Sourcing includes determining IT sourcing strategies, being accountable for driving and delivering favorable contract (terms and conditions) terms, leading negotiations and maintaining a high volume of projects. The Sr. Manager, IT Sourcing is responsible for owning and driving implementation of high value and highly complex sourcing projects and contracts. This role has frequent interaction with members of the leadership team with the need to understand the business and priorities. HOW YOU WILL IMPACT WESTROCK Lead the IT Sourcing strategy and driving implementation and working with key stakeholders to deliver on priorities Negotiate contracts related to service, price, and delivery of complex, enterprise-wide IT and Telecom categories Lead programs such as Supplier Relationship Management, risk mitigation, contract management, supplier and category segmentation Key participant in cross-organizational and cross-functional teams in applying and improving the strategic sourcing process related to IT hardware and software Demonstrate the ability to understand and evaluate alternatives and successfully manage through the change-management process Works to understand and improve current processes Identifies and establishes strong business relationships with stakeholders and business owners impacted or involved A basic understanding of enterprise resourcing management, accounting, and business process IT software tools Ensures a collaborative process to maximize cross-organizational and cross-category opportunities Investigates and validates category spend and size/scope of opportunity Manages the contracting process including amendments, extensions, terminations, renewals, and new agreements Responsible for the evaluation and selection of new sources and supplier capabilities Develop, coordinate and manage supplier business relationships Establish and manage contract KPIs WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Minimum 7 10 years IT sourcing experience BS/BA preferred, MBA/C.P.M. or supply chain degree a plus Supplier negotiation and management, primarily for technology categories Demonstrated ability to partner with and manage internal stakeholders at all levels, working across cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to partner, manage and influence virtually Extensive people management and employee development responsibilities Proven contract negotiation skills Proven category/market analysis Cost/benefit analysis Business Acumen Proven ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization Creative thought process Experience in e-sourcing toolsets Ability to embrace WestRocks core values of respect, excellence, integrity, accountability #GA #WRCB #LI-RL1 WestRock Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating and maintaining a diverse workforce:

$200K -- $250K
