Partner Sales Engagement Manager

Partner Sales Engagement Manager Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Chanel Sales, Channel Sales Engineering, Channel Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the Global Partner Programs team to help develop, coordinate, and execute partner engagement efforts focused on the development of pipeline with Juniper partner sales and engineering community members. The partner engagement activities will include but are not limited to:
bootcamps, webinars, customer outreach campaigns, and promotions. To support and accelerate our recent growth and new market expansion, we are looking for a Partner Sales Engagement Manager who knows how to define a partner engagement strategy with partner sellers and engineers that will drive incremental pipeline development, grow partner mindshare and loyalty, establish alignment with internal marketing, sales, engineering, and product management teams, and build influence with key stakeholders. In addition, the Partner Sales Engagement Manager will be responsible for:
Creating tailored reference guides for partner sellers and engineers to support the execution of key partner sales motions Collaborating with Channel Sales and Channel Sales Engineering teams to manage ongoing internal and external communications that will support adoption of partner sales activities Supporting the set-up, management, and reporting for enablement and thought leadership events Enabling partner sellers and engineers to engage across the buyers' journey, including activation in the digital and social realms Developing customer outreach campaigns with Channel Marketing that support overarching go-to-market initiatives Creating content for partner communication vehicles to drive partner interest and adoption Building a comprehensive reporting framework that will measure the impact of partner sales activities Architecting and managing partner promotions that support the key market needs defined by internal stakeholders Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3
years' experience in channel sales management Experience in creating partner sales strategies in the networking market Highly motivated self-starter that takes ownership of initiatives that drive business success, independently and within a team Proven ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; must be organized and dependable Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to conduct market analysis, build insights, and analyze data to inform strategy and execution for market growth Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to foster and maintain effective business partner relationships Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred
Qualifications:
5
years' experience in channel sales or marketing for enterprise IT Experience in transformation, especially in sales and marketing activation Experience in expanding market presence Success in building trusted relationships and influencing partners through social media and personal engagement Program management experience As Juniper is a US Federal Contractor, proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required for all U.S. employees. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
