Position Overview The Novelis Corporate FP&A team is seeking a Sr Analyst, Corporate FP&A Procurement Partnering. The person in this role will report to the Director, Corporate FP&A. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a subset of operational business partners with financial support:
development of planning assumptions, analyses of the different initiatives, understanding of the impact on the main business drivers, enrichment of the data collection and systems. This position will support the consistency and automation of the models and reporting tools. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Work with the business partners to develop and maintain the Procurement reporting, aligned with the FP&A reporting. Work on automation and transparency Develop business understanding and influence Procurement group Work with the business partners to assess the financial viability of key projects, at various stages of development, to help prioritize the projects for resource allocation and stage gate review Work in collaboration with a wide array of functional areas, including technical communities, operations, and commercial teams, to build holistic financial models, incorporating risk assessments from all relevant subject matter experts Incorporate market-technology trend analysis, innovation project type assessments and portfolio structure along with valuations to build business cases in support of the projects Support the compilation of the Key Innovation Indicators (KIIs) and the Project Management structuration of the R&T teams Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Math, Economics and/or a related field Minimum of five years of relevant functions / Finance experience Strong management and leadership skills with a proactive participative management style, demonstrating curiosity and passion about Novelis business while staying well organized and structured. Strong oral and written communication skills, including facilitation of groups toward deliverables Good presentation skills to present valuation assessment results to key stakeholders, including projects leads, CTO, regional presidents, C-level Ability to travel, including internationally (10%) Preferred

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
