SAP MDM Implementation Lead

Position Overview The Novelis Information Technology team is seeking an MDM Implementation and Operations Lead. The person in this role will report to the Manager IT Master Data. This role is critical in working alongside the Data Migration team to ensure smooth onboarding of new plants on SAP S4/HANA instance. Post-implementation the team member will maintain integrity, accuracy, and timely updates to Master Data elements. The person in this role will provide key inputs to the end-to-end data migration methodology, executing critical tasks related to deployments and in steady state Operations. Further, the role will manage 2-3 employees and 3rd party resources both onshore and offshore to drive resolution of issues, productivity improvements and optimized work allocation. This position will ensure successful transition to SAP S/4 HANA and help ensure business continuity. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Lead Transition of new plant deployments from Roll-out to Steady state Operations Manage Onshore/Offshore Operations team from day to day work allocation perspective Develop innovative solutions partnering with internal teams, 3rd party resources to improve productivity, efficiency and Quality of MDM Collaborate to define the end-to-end data migration methodology, transformation rules and business rules with the business key stakeholders Manage migration project timeline, budget, and deliverables and provide regular status reports. Oversee all Data Governance aspects as part of the migration and provide a detailed gap/fit analysis for any necessary changes. Assist in Developing Workflows to support the ongoing Data Maintenance activities Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in leading SAP ECC/S4 data migrations Master Data Domain experience in one or more of the following data domains:
Products, Business partners, Finance, QM Experience with BODS and tools like Winshuttle Experience collaborating with Data owners and users/analysts across the Enterprise Understanding of SQL scripting, Stored procedures, views, and data modeling Working knowledge of DSP application Excellent use of Excel via Macros / VB Ability to execute and troubleshoot LSMW and IDOC errors Ability to learn new tools to analyze data & data quality issues Able to work independently and escalate accordingly Able to lead and facilitate meetings towards an end result Creative thinking and ability to challenge existing or historical situations & solutions Able to understand and resolve conflicts, partnering with business / functional finding winning solutions Excellent communication (verbal and written) and professional skills Preferred

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
