Strategy Analyst, Global Auto

Position Overview The Global Auto Strategy and Marketing Analyst would report directly to the Director Strategy & Marketing, Global Automotive. The incumbent would primarily be responsible for owning and driving execution of key automotive analysis work streams (Market Strategy, , Marketing Forecasting, Commercial Excellence Transfer) of the global automotive agenda, integration and the coordination of regional automotive leadership aligned with Novelis automotive strategy and vision. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Perform market research and stay up-to-date on latest mobility trends (e.g., autonomy, electrification, shared mobility, etc.) & identify key areas of focus for Novelis Automotive in alignment with strategic vision Provide strategic marketing analysis of global battery electric vehicle (BEV) and light commercial vehicle (LCV) opportunities, including market sizing and prioritization of targets (e.g., OEM, platform, vehicle, etc.) in alignment with Novelis Annual Plan / Strategic Plan Conduct market research and engage with external solution providers & Novelis key leaders to identify digital best practices and solutions that promote process efficiency and better data management across Novelis automotive regions & functional teams Liaise with regional/corporate stakeholders & solution partners to implement priority digital solutions globally Support business development activities & management of day-to-day customer account activities such as creation of project charters/roadmaps, internal procurement of materials and resources to support customer projects, and other key activities that support and drive creation of incremental growth opportunities for Novelis Automotive Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership, automotive conferences, customer technical exhibitions and other key enabling automotive events promoting the Novelis value proposition & innovation and/or providing overview of key automotive projects (e.g., digital / business development, electrification, etc.) Coordinate with external consulting partners and internal regional sales, technical, product management, and leadership stakeholders to develop and regularly update global fact bases related to battery business development, & electrification (commercial & passenger vehicles) Qualifications Minimum BA/BS College Degree - Finance, Accounting or Economics, Master's/MBA preferred 3
years of experience in automotive, strategy consulting, or marketing Experience with CRM (UI/UX/implementation) and/or digitization, mobile app development preferred Excellent business partnering skills required - ability to interact and communicate with individuals in various functional areas and various levels of management, global experience preferred High degree of proficiency in Financial Modeling, Excel and PowerPoint Detail-oriented, self-starter who is assertive, disciplined and flexible Ability to positively manage change in response to shifting demands, as well as multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
