Corporate Governance Specialist

Position Overview The Novelis Legal team is seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist. The person in this role will report to the Assistant General Counsel - Compliance & Governance). The ideal candidate will be responsible for policy administration, project management and training administration as it relates to Corporate Governance. This role will provide day to day support of the company-wide Delegation of Authority (DOA) program to ensure smooth functioning and optimal workflow. #LI-Hybrid#LI-GP1 Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Support internal clients in complying with DOA Policy, including rendering advice on authority limits, completion of electronic requests for approval and signing authority. Support Compliance Manager in maintaining official guidance, FAQs and visual summaries. Support regional DOA champions in other countries with policy questions to ensure standard application. Manage software upgrades to policy management systems. Establish project timelines, organize committee meeting calendars, track completion of tasks, communicate with stakeholders as necessary to provide updates, produce status reports, compile monthly and quarterly reports from internal databases. Prepare training materials and organize global training calendar; coordinate with DOA champions across international regions on delivery of training; respond to requests for focused training; track and prepare reports on training completion. Coordinate with the Contract Management team on contract reporting requirements; support Procurement team with maintaining DOA purchasing requirements. Maintain updated DOA and eRFA intranet sites in accordance with content and branding standards; coordinate with stakeholders including internal and external auditors on documentation and information requests. Bachelor's degree 5

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
