Position Overview The IT Application Lead is responsible for the development, maintenance, and tuning of the existing Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) applications and support the transition of the consolidation processes to the OneStream XF platform. This individual should be familiar with Hyperion Financial management (HFM), Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), and OneStream XF. Furthermore, the IT Application Lead should have experience integrating Hyperion and/or OneStream with ERP and other systems, performing process automation, and web-based reporting. This position is responsible for providing user training and support for the existing financial applications and works with IT leadership to identify and address business requirements. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities Collaborates with business leadership to make improvements to the financial consolidation processes Collaborates with the application support team to administer HFM and FDMEE and will work with the existing project team to support the transition of the consolidation processes to OneStream. Also works as backup for the Hyperion Financial Planning, Essbase, and Data Relationship Management applications Manage audit procedures for the HFM and FDMEE processes as well as monitor and maintain security protocols Develop, perform bug fixes, maintain metadata, mappings, and scripts for HFM and FDMEE applications Recommend performance improvements for current HFM applications to improve user experience and work with the project team to transition existing HFM and FDMEE processes to the OneStream XF platform. Translate functional requirements into technical Hyperion/OneStream solutions using application and business rule development Identify research, resolve and document technical issues with existing HFM and FDMEE Hyperion applications. Collaborate with IT leadership and other project resources for the documentation of business requirements for financial system projects, including development and maintenance of project plans. Manage Change Manage process to ensure proper approval, testing and migration Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance Minimum of 5 years of experience in HFM and FDMEE application development, administration and support required. Experience or exposure to OneStream preferred. Proficiency in all aspects of the software capabilities from a technical and support perspective. Accounting/Finance experience in the areas of consolidation desired. Some understanding of trial balance data, general ledger systems, relational databases, and foreign currency translations is a plus Experience with Shared Services, Hyperion Workspace, and Smart View Solid foundational knowledge of the various components of the Oracle EPM suite of products and how they are integrated with one another such as HFP, Essbase, and Data Relationship Management (DRM) Experience with general ledger systems, SAP or Oracle preferred, and Microsoft Office including Excel Working knowledge of SQL and object-based programming language such as VB.Net desired Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work with business stakeholders across multiple disciplines Ability to work with 3rd party technical support personal Ability to work independently and possess good problem solving skills Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills Hands on experience with process improvement methodologies
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
