Primary responsibilities of the System Development Engineer on the DynamoDB Border team include building control plane services that solves scalability and performance challenges, developing monitoring solutions to ensure superior customer experience, diagnosing and fixing latency contributing issues, automating repetitive manual processes, developing tooling for infrastructure requirements, updating, tracking and resolving operational challenges.
You will work with Senior and Principal Engineers and have the opportunity to hire and mentor junior engineers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
