4 5 hours ago Full Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded leader to join our supply chain organization, leading the Customer Supply Chain organization in the Consumer Products Group at our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
This role will report to the VP, Fulfilment Strategy and Warehouse Operations and will manage a team of customer supply chain leaders and a customer demand planning organization while also leading and supporting key supply chain projects and initiatives that deliver mutual value to Georgia-Pacific and the customer across both retail and professional businesses.
The right candidate will be motivated by building collaborative relationships with customers, leading cross-functional supply chain projects, directing and developing high-performing teams, and proactively identifying and executing strategies that support improved service, a reduction in cost-to-serve, and an overall enhanced customer experience that enables sales growth.
What You Will Do In Your Role Providing strategic direction to team members in support of optimizing both Georgia-Pacific and customer supply chain networks and overall cost optimization Developing innovative supply chain strategies that promote sales growth, improve service, and provide an enhanced customer experience Engaging with internal stakeholders across sales and supply chain functions to drive integrated teamwork and overall strategy development - acting as the primary supply chain point of contact to sales leaders, representing all supply chain functions Executing projects, aligning deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle, setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project The Experience You Will Bring Requirements:

years of experience in Supply Chain with experience in a customer-facing roles Extensive experience in leading multiple complex cross-functional projects simultaneously through execution Very strong analytical capabilities with the ability to make fact-based decisions Strong operations management knowledge and a deep understanding of strategies deployed to improve operations Supply Chain experience with a broad knowledge across the full Order-to-Cash cycle and in-depth knowledge of business planning processes (e.
g.
, DP, SP, IBP/S&OP) Successful track record of collaborating, influencing, and decision-making at multiple levels, inside and outside an organization Excellent leadership skills with successful track record of managing and motivating teams Bachelor's degree in a supply chain or business-related function Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% What Will Put You Ahead MBA in business-related function preferred Previous experience in Consumer Goods and B2B environments In-depth knowledge of eCommerce and D2C RTM strategies Pricing strategy experience a plus Our goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
