5 Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description The Bilingual Night Custodial Supervisor will assist management in maintaining or improving cleanliness quality through inspections, training and employee accountability, including employee coaching or counseling.
Supervisors must build upon established employee or customer relationships, improve employee morale, and help develop frontline associates on a continuous basis.
Qualifications:
Must have supervisory experience Must be able to communicate in Spanish & English Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Transportation to work Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to recruit and replace employees as needed.
Must have strong experience with floor care Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of building supervisors/working leads.
Training of cleaning team members.
Staffing to include locating, hiring, and firing.
Maintain exceptionally high cleaning standards in each building to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform regularly scheduled building inspections to ensure scope of work is being performed to standard.
Identify and sell additional services to current customer base.
Inventory control of consumable and cleaning products.
Proper maintenance of all equipment.
Reporting to include nightly reports, payroll, etc.
Will be mobile to several buildings and meeting with clients Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in business, management, public administration, or related field.
Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Two years' experience performing custodial and/or maintenance tasks, including one year in a lead capacity is required.
Job Hours- 3:
30PM-12:
00AM Hourly pay -$18.
