our brands across all functions within IHG (PR, social media, creative, employer brand, development marketing, campaign, experiences) Manage all IHG Masterbrand assets, ensure they're being used correctly Responsible for leading rebrands/brand repositioning (vis ID, narratives, positioning) of our hotel brands in partnership with Brands teams Strong people leadership across organizations Direct and inspire outstanding work from Brand
Creative agencies Educational Attainment:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Critical Expertise &
Experience:
Typically has 8
years progressive work experience in brand management, creative, marketing and communications Experience in building and embedding a strong brand for consumers, employees, and owners Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Strong business acumen and knowledge Strong networking skills including external partnering Brings current knowledge, insight and innovation using external and industry best practice Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to advise and influence senior leaders and decision makers.
Ability to think strategically and deliver initiatives successfully Creative leadership Strong brand management skills Agency management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
