Builds strong working relationships with clients, tenants, and vendor partners Promptly resolves tenant related issues Prepares and delivers timely and accurate financial reporting, including annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, monthly performance reports with variances, etc.
Oversees Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable process Performs property inspections and proactively provides ideas for building and operational improvements for the property Bids, contracts, and supervises vendor services Performs construction management for Capital Improvement and Tenant Improvement projects Generally, to oversee the operational strategy and financial performance of the property
Qualifications:
5
years experience in Industrial property management with a demonstrated history of leading successful property teams Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines Must be a self-starter with strong decision making skills Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and strong analytical skills Proficient in Yardi Job Type:
