2 Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Monitor policies, programs and practices that ensure that the Georgia Tech Athletic Association (GTAA) and its sports programs are in compliance with all rules and regulations as defined by the Association, the Institute, the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
This position will interact on a consistent basis with:
GTAA staff, coaches, and student- athletes.

Responsibilities Job Duty 1 - Assist with development, implementation, and regular updates to the Georgia Tech (GT) Athletics compliance policies, including regular maintenance of a compliance portion of the student-athlete handbook.
Job Duty 2 - Address constituents in Level III and Level IV violations of rules, GT Athletics regulations, or conduct impacting upon policies or the reputation of GT Athletics, including preparation of all requisite reports.
Job Duty 3 - Assist as a liaison for NCAA compliance related matters with Institute constituents, including the Registrar, Bursar, and Director of Financial Aid.
Job Duty 4 - Plan and direct comprehensive Rules Education Program for internal and external entities.
Job Duty 5 - Provide leadership and oversight concerning monitoring and enforcement of financial aid and recruiting activities.
Job Duty 6 - Provide support in the development and formulation of Athletics policies and procedures.
Job Duty 7 - Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Other Required Qualifications Overnight travel requthled for project delivery; flexibility in on-site daily service delivery hours (due to client shift schedules, project requthlements).
Required Experience Three to five years job related experience Preferred Qualifications Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience in a Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS), Division I athletics program Preferred Educational Qualifications Master's Degree Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities ABILITIES Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Communicate with a wide variety of constituents on a regular basis.
KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
SKILLS This job requires an in-depth knowledge of all applicable rules and regulations governing GTAA athletic programs including skills associated with monitoring, interpretation of compliance.
Also required are use of NCAA related software and organization, interpersonal, communications, presentation skills; ability to work and make decisions under pressure and deadlines.
Other Information This is not a supervisory position.
This position does not have any financial responsibilities.
This position will not be required to drive.
This role is not considered a position of trust.
This position does not require a purchasing card (P-Card).
This position will not travel This position does not require security clearance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
