Our assistant teachers need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience, have a good understanding of classroom management, work well with other teachers, and of course love working with children.
We also expect teachers to follow our Health and Safety guidelines and communicate well with parents.
Must be available 9:
00 am-6:
00 pm Monday-Friday Starting pay- $16.
00 per hour $500 sign on bonus for vaccinated teachers (to be qualified for this, you have be within your six month period of being fully vaccinated, or if you are out of your six months, you need to have your booster vaccine).

Responsibilities:
Meeting the individual needs of the children by interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
Creating a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills Building teamwork Committing to continuing education.
