The clinical analyst responsible for maintaining the integrity of clinical performance data.
These functions include identifying, collecting, validating, analyzing and reporting of measurable data for performance improvement projects.
This includes evaluating existing data collection and reporting tools and designing new tools or updating existing tools to support performance improvement projects.
Requires extracting clinical and financial data using a variety of internal and external databases.
RN or LPN experience preferred IND123 #GD #LI-POST MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associate's degree required.
In lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of healthcare experience preferred MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

Qualifications:
Familiar with medical terminology, nursing process and performance improvement processes.
