Responsibilities:
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Present yourself in a professional manner Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car About Company The Kayla D & Company was founded by Kayla Dieppa.
