As part of the Bank's Strategy Office you will consult with Bank leadership by applying the principles and practices of adaptive strategy across the enterprise to advance the mission and vision of the organization.
Provide complex consultative work in areas of business related to strategic direction and support, problem resolution, and business planning.
Develop and deliver innovative solutions in the area of strategic planning, strategy design, and strategy implementation.
Provide insight, consultation and analysis to help drive the strategic direction of the organization.
Support senior leadership (including President, FVP) in defining organizational transformation goals and setting enterprise and division strategies.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manages daily strategic planning activities, consulting with and coaching business areas and Bank leadership; facilitates discussions with business areas/departments to establish initiatives and appropriate metrics, and to evaluate progress against established milestones and objectives; coordinates the collection and consolidation of information provided by the business units and/or vision champions; coaches leaders and business lines in adaptive strategy processes and practices Serves as lead resource for monitoring and interpreting bank-wide performance against strategic objectives and recommending corrective action to senior management where appropriate; develops templates for use in establishing and tracking milestones, metrics, etc.
necessary for the strategic planning process; produces quarterly progress reports for senior management, bank staff, and Directors Gathers information and coalesces data into presentations and other materials; determines best way to communicate ideas for all levels of stakeholders and partners with other divisions on timing and tactics; collaborates across multiple business lines to ensure successful delivery of results in support enterprise-wide mission and strategic goals; coordinates communication of strategic progress to senior leadership, Board of Directors, and System stakeholders Works with and coaches senior leadership to facilitate organizational transitions and drive cultural change across the organization Represents the Bank on District or System level work groups involving strategic issues or projects related to strategic planning activities; designs and delivers strong learning workshops and facilitated team sessions - especially remotely- that advance the work and participants' abilities; constructively challenges others when they are using ineffective strategy practices; connects with and exchanges knowledge with other strategy practitioners around the bank and System Education:
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience.
Master's degree preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
