Our agents reach production levels of multiple transactions a month within their first 2-3 months with our company provided leads.
Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate at a high level.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Educate clients on real estate procedures WORK HARD FOR YOUR CLIENTS AND THE RESULTS WILL SHOW Our exclusive value prop:
20-30 tangible showing leads per month - these are live consumers that want to see properties (often same-day).
These are NOT typical internet leads.
A competitive compensation plan rivaling any team in Georgia.
Mentorship program:
We pair you up with a Team Lead as soon as you finish Onboarding.
Their job is to get you ramped up and integrated quickly.
