Job Description:
To support our growth, we are currently seeking a Marketing Lead to support the service we provide to our regulated industry clients.
This role is key to the success of residential energy efficiency market-based programs and will work on planning, development, and implementation of B2B marketing and communication strategies to support residential utility energy efficiency programs.
Key
Responsibilities:
Managing the marketing and advertising for residential utility energy efficiency programs in Georgia, supporting a Trade Ally network (B2B) Working directly with clients and internal teams to develop and implement marketing plans to educate customers about energy efficiency.
Work closely with the Client to fulfill the development of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns (both direct response and awareness), POP materials, social media, direct mailers, brochures, email and direct mail campaigns, video, print, outdoor, etc.
Developing project budgets and revenue forecasts and managing project budgets.
Prepare monthly reports on activities and results of the marketing efforts.
Manage in-person and virtual events, including content and agenda development, venue selection, contract negotiations, marketing and promotional materials, catering, hotel accommodations, staffing coordination, and on-site event logistics.
Basic
Qualifications:
BS / BA Marketing Degree or related degree.

years of experience working on marketing campaigns, preferably for a marketing agency or in B2G or B2B environments.
Project management and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Storytelling skills with the interest/ability to turn complex topics and data into compelling narratives.
Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events.
Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to influence an audience that includes senior leaders and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work across teams and departments in a highly collaborative way.
A strong communications leader who is able to manage day-to-day tasks independently.
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
Previous experience in the energy industry - including, but not limited to HVAC, energy efficiency, renewables, building science, home performance, etc.
Developing and implementing marketing communications plans, with the ability to manage and execute collateral development.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Using content management systems (CMS) and email management systems.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$80,000.
00 - $95,000.
