6 Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Humana - s service support organization is looking for a highly qualified Strategy Advancement Principal to help drive our strategic direction forward.
This role will traverse numerous functions and be focused on supporting our mission in supporting members, providers, and internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior-executive leadership.
The Principal will utilize a blend of strategic thinking and planning, operational business and program management as well as executive communications.
Responsibilities The Strategy Advancement Principal leads the Enterprise Operations Enablement rhythm of the business ensuring the annual strategy planning process aligns with the enterprise and EOE delivers on goals and commitments.
As a member of the EOE leadership team the successful candidate will track key initiatives, goals, and metrics, and align EOE leaders around the envisioning, designing, and executing of key strategic initiatives.
They will also lead the internal strategy development process and manage preparation and orchestration of internal and cross enterprise workshop and meetings.
This role will adapt and execute functional and departmental business plans and contribute to the development of functional and departmental strategies.
A successful candidate will be organized, strong in project management skills, able to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks.
They must have excellent written and verbal skills.
They must also be comfortable with data, observing trends, and building stories with a variety of data inputs.
The ideal candidate is a team player, comfortable in a high velocity, high volume, and high expectation environment.
Additionally, this candidate will lead initiatives, to address complex business problems.
Core Responsibilities Collaborate across diversified enterprise teams to understand business needs and prioritize business strategies.
Act as liaison for the EOE organization in managing meetings, coordinating events, ensuring consistent follow up and preparation to help strategic ideas take root.
Manage the team - s organizational priorities including daily reviews with peers as well as ensuring readiness for key read-outs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to EOE leadership, interact with each leader to identify, advance, and resolve emerging issues in anticipation of business challenges.
Represent EOE in enterprise activities establishing a highly trusted, credible, and professional reputation.
Proactively support integration across EOE identifying and addressing any barriers to maximum efficiency.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 15
years of combined business management and operational experience 10
years of project leadership experience Strong experience in strategic planning, execution, communications building relationships and working with/advising executives at all levels Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Ability to drive clarity from ambiguity and adapt quickly to a changing environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Exceptional presentation development and delivery skills To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates - ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
