Professional services are a unique sales experience.

This role will work with the Sales Director and Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute and evaluate lead gen lifecycle marketing programs.

Responsibilities:
Own the strategy, implementation and management of the firm's social media plan with a focus on building brand awareness that drives engagement and lead gen Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through social channels, email, content, and events Support the inside sales proposal process as needed:
proactive prospecting of qualified leads, identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals Create marketing collateral including social media graphics and one sheets Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications Maintain the sales database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data Support the program and coaching engagement development process This is an in-office role, based in Atlanta, GA
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years of experience in marketing automation operations and strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Demonstratable knowledge of lead generation/demand generation strategies, traditional and digital marketing, and social media marketing Strong computer skills required including Word, PPT, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Salesforce, ActiveCampaign), as well as familiarity with various technologies and knowing how to apply them in different contexts Experience identifying relevant conferences, events and awards for the company to partake in Previous experience in Communications or Training & Development a plus.
