Position Overview CRH Americas is seeking a compliance program coordinator to join its global compliance team.
In this role, you will work closely with members of the global team to administer and further develop CRH's corporate compliance and ethics program.
You will also work with CRH's businesses across North America and Europe, and the Legal, Internal Audit, and HR functions on the various components of our program.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance Managers to:
Coordinate compliance training, including working with local businesses to schedule, creating supporting communications, and recordkeeping Manage compliance policies and procedures, including arranging for translations and monitoring for updates Support and enhance compliance reporting processes, such as annual certification by business units and conflict of interest disclosures Assist in the preparation of various materials for reporting to the board of directors, senior leadership and other functions of the business Support international trade compliance, including conducting trade sanction screenings Conduct and summarize research on topics such as emerging compliance risks Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the program Track compliance team activities, priorities, and goals Develop strong working relationships across functions and business units Other ad hoc duties to support the compliance program Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.
Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or paralegal certificate or equivalent qualification At least two years of experience in corporate compliance, legal, risk management, internal audit or related field Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality Knowledge/Skill Requirements High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Ability to quickly learn and use a variety of software systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb attention to detail Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Ability to cooperatively interact with all levels of personnel Sets high standards and continually seeks a better way to do things Work Requirements Must be 18 years in age or older.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Strict adherence to the safety requirements and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties.
Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
