1 3 hours ago Full Job Description Key Accountabilities Loyalty Evolution Special Project Program Management:
Provide day to day project management leadership on specific Loyalty & Partnerships (L&P) priority projects, including coordinating with cross functional teams to enable quick decision making, managing detailed milestone deliverables, and provide visibility into project progress.
Loyalty Evolution Overall Governance Program Management:
Work closely with workstream leads and project management support across full program in agile approach to support prioritization, risk escalation, milestone planning, executive reviews/approvals, and executive updates Loyalty & Partnerships Planning Process & Prioritization:
Support Loyalty & Partnerships annual business planning process, provide tracking of strategic initiatives and the base business to ensure tradeoffs and targets are both realized, and support prioritization of projects Loyalty & Partnerships Multi-Year Roadmap:
Support development of integrated, multi-year roadmap to evolve the Loyalty Program and partnerships, with clear deliverables, timelines, and success metrics Education & Experience Bachelors or Master's degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5
years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in strategy, consulting, professional services or loyalty program management, preferably in travel or hospitality Technical Skills and Knowledge Driving Results - Generated business results and momentum using innovation, creativity, analytics as the basis for decisions Leading Change - Proven track record driving program transformation, innovation & change in a complex, global organization Collaborating with Others - Demonstrated ability to engage people in the discussion about the customer journey and the future loyalty vision with cross-functional, globally dispersed teams Influencing with Impact - Proven success effectively leading and influencing people at all levels in a fast-moving environment without direct control to shape a consensus and drive commercial performance Loyalty Mindset - Strong knowledge of loyalty concepts and understanding of program economics Translating data into Actions - Ability to interpret business drivers, program performance and market conditions to monitor the short term and long-term program development Understanding Program Management tools - Familiarity with MS Office tools and Smartsheet Understanding Loyalty Operations - Familiarity with loyalty program databases, operating systems and interfaces.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
