If you are seeking career advancement, continuing education opportunities coupled with a welcoming and fun workplace, JOB PROFILE SUMMARY - The pharmacy technician works closely with the lead technician, pharmacist, buyer, manager, and director for daily operations in the inpatient pharmacy and hospital.
(S)he should be able to perform daily pharmacy functions independently once trained.
(S)he must be competent with USP 795, 797, & 800 standards to compound medications.
Technician must have a minimum of one year IV compounding experience and be CPhT certified.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - The following daily activities of the pharmacy technician include but not limited to:
1.
Use USP Chapters 795, 797, & 800 standards to compound drugs.
2.
Deliver drugs to nursing units and clinics.
3.
Refill and troubleshoot Pyxis ES MedStations.
4.
Unit dose package bulk drugs.
5.
Receive and stock wholesale drug orders.
6.
Restock pharmacy drugs and supplies from storage room.
7.
Restock crash carts and transfer kits.
8.
Complete monthly floor inspections.
9.
Clean IV room suite as required.
10.
Complete projects as requested by Pharmacy leadership.
Time Requirements - Technician must be able to work a minimum of:
One weekend every 4 weeks.
One holiday per year (alternating major and minor holidays).
Be able to train for minimum of 5 days during weekdays.
Additional hours will be available for vacation/sick leave coverage.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
