The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is responsible, friendly, and enthusiastic about the hospitality industry.
A successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the restaurant operation.

Responsibilities:
Be able to quickly memorize the menu and explain it to customers.
Be able to describe the ingredients of dishes to customers.
Be able to explain how to eat dishes from the menu.
Have an understanding of vegetarian and gluten-free diets.
Perform cash register functions and ensure that orders are properly packaged.
Make recommendations about menu items according to customers' needs and preferences.
Respond with grace, patience, and tact under pressure.
