General Description:
Provides technical support to clients and members of USI's Commercial Lines Account Management and Sales Executive teams to appropriately analyze, design, market, price, and place risks.
Makes fact-based recommendations to clients to solve their insurance issues.
Responsibilities:
Experience with package business:
Property, GeneralLiability, Workman's Compensation, Auto and Excess Must know all coverages.
Negotiate underwriting terms coverage and pricing withcarrier underwriting partners on behalf of clients.
Relationship-driven; will be interacting with Carriers andhave the ability to build and maintain those relationships.
This person will be doing pipelining, planning, policystructure, review and then placement Participate in the development of department policies on anational and local basis.
Review clients' data and existing insurance policies and makerecommendations for improvement.
May assess clients' contractual liabilities and alignmentwith their insurance policies and make recommendations for improvement.
This person will be working with middlemarket business.
Will work with a seasoned team and have the ability togrow and get exposure to other areas of the business.
Knowledge, Skills, qualities and Abilities:
o2-3 years in a Commercial Lines agency Underwriting experience, a plus Strong Technical acumen Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Must hold or be willing to earn a Property & Casualtyinsurance license.
Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred.
Deep, technical knowledge of commercial insurance.
Strong business, negotiation, and data interpretation skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with internet-based programs and MicrosoftOffice products.
Knowledge of Sagitta / ImageRight preferred, but notrequired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
