To further this objective, we seek anInnovation Data Science Internpassionate about collecting, synthesizing, and constructing compelling data stories to accelerate Deltas strategic advantage.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, communicates effectively , and can collaborate with a diverse team of individuals with different thinking and working styles.
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):

Partner with team members on innovation engagements to better understand problem statements and identify opportunities to use data to strengthen the value proposition
Collaborate cross-divisionally to understand data sets, queries, and nuances to supplement value statements with data stories
Demonstrate persistence and resourcefulness in finding the information, data, and tools you need to get the job done, including proactively seeking information and clarity from a variety of sources and channels
Assist with the data extraction, discovery, and transformation from multiple and complex, as well as non-traditional data sources to support business cases and initiative value proposition
Assist with the development and presentation of analytics work to leadership and other stakeholders in a digestible way What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Good written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Successful candidate should possess analytical, critical thinking, and organization skills
Comfortable asking for help when you need it
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Python, SAS/SQL, or Hyperion/Brio
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
