Technical Writer
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our HHS client.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Provide the CSIRC (Computer Incident Response Center) and OpDivs (Operation Divisions) with security event and incident operational and executive reporting.
Contribute to the growth of the Department by producing artifacts for the knowledge base.
Provide updates to the CSIRC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as needed.
Partner with stakeholders, leads, engineers, and security teams to develop a consistent message related to security incidents within HHS.
Create and maintain the information architecture.
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
Support project planning and other project activities as needed.
Required
Qualifications:
3
years of relevant experience.
Industry standard cybersecurity certification (e.
g.
, Security+) preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Clearance Requirement:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
