Broadcom Monitoring tool experience and understanding about how it relates and reacts to infrastructure environment Working with AI Analytics Responsible for profile set-up and implementing the monitoring governances IE:
what causes and alert and who receives the alerts Responsible for updates to the probes and UIM tool updates in general Additional responsibility could be building out the dashboards Optimize infrastructure and network performance date to identify root case prior to impacting the business operations Machine learning based algorithms Ability to apply knowledge to accurately handle tickets and issues occurring in local environment Refresh on monitoring architecture Enterprise level support of Infrastructure management - UIM Handling Server equipment, along with monitoring tools specifically to handle network, applications and infrastructure within the client Should be able to partner with Lead Architect on project that focuses on CA Monitoring, infrastructure system refresh and upgrades around Broadcom and UIM.
