Quality Assurance Analyst

Overview As Chick-fil-A Supply continues to scale, we must equip the business, particularly physical operations, to rapidly go-live and scale in new buildings.
At Chick-fil-A Supply (Our Warehouse Distribution Network) we are taking on more control of our Supply system.
The QA Analyst will play a key role in developing our future leaders and improving the process at individual Distributions Centers by being a subject matter expert for metric aggregation, customer service feedback, auditing, problem solving, and root cause analysis.
The QA Analyst will provide Distribution Center Network a point of contact for direct support of building go-lives through process implementation, real-time trouble shooting and exceptions management, process adherence measurement, and general subject matter expertise as it relates to CFA Supply warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Lead Engineer Business Excellence and supporting new building leadership teams, the QA Analyst serves as the execution function of process improvement during the run phase of execution and will serve the primary representative for the business during metric feedback, auditing, and continuous improvement.

Interfaces across Distribution Leadership, warehouse operations , and transportation teams, providing feedback, auditing, and continuous improvement subject matter expertise alongside training resources
Serves as a resource for new building leadership during building go-lives and ramp-ups, providing general process familiarity and experience while assisting with troubleshooting and the various unforeseen exceptions and problems associated with a new and existing facilities.

Utilize process adherence and auditing techniques to guide warehouse and transportation teams during opening and continuously to highlight business areas for attention and further coaching and improvement
Supports Safety, Quality and Compliance goals in the execution of the quality management system
Participates in process improvement initiatives, providing subject matter expertise and hands-on experience to guide future innovation efforts and testing potential solutions
Ensures safe and effective practices are adhered to; alignment with existing SOPs and updates materials and content as required
Partners with the training coordinators on certification for warehouse and transportation trainers and team members Minimum Qualifications
5
years of relevant distribution experience (food warehousing, transportation, process engineering, and general supply chain functions)
Demonstrated experience in leading small-to-medium scale operations with responsibilities for team performance and coaching
Demonstrated experience with process implementation and improvement initiatives
An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated experience and ability to influence, collaborate, negotiate, and obtain buy-in/alignment across multiple levels of an organization
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical thinking and consulting skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with large-scale operations
Demonstrated experience in building large scale operations
Experience in start-up environments, particularly new building go-lives
Experience developing process adherence and execution measurement programs
Familiarity with WMS, TMS, and other various process management systems, particularly the JDA-suite of products
Program or project management experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
