Responsibilities:
Works on multiple projects/applications as a project team member.
Considered a subject matter expert for several projects/applications.
Works on projects of moderate to high complexity within one or more development environments.
The Senior BA/QA's work with both software developers and business customers to ensure that the business needs are being met by the systems being built, changed, enhanced or purchased.
o Develops formal test plans and test cases.
This includes writing, maintaining and executing functional, regression, and integration test scripts based on requirements documentation.
At times, may develop automation of test cases.
o Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
o Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors.
o Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
o Creates, tracks, maintains and verifies defects via a defect management system.
o Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations.
o Utilizes the following testing methods:
Exploratory.
Verification/Validation.
Regression.
o Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.
o Research the current market for similar products and compare results.
o Participates in customer meetings as well as project team meetings.
o Participates in project team meetings during multiple phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
o Communicates testing results to team members and stakeholders.
Helps guide customer, maintain defect log and answer questions during User Acceptance Testing.
o With minimal direction, selects and effectively uses tools that support test plans and test processes.
o Performs all other duties as assigned.
CORE COMPETENCIESo 3 years demonstrated experience in providing QA testing for complex web solutions (web sites) manual and automated.
o 2 years demonstrated experience testing web solutions in an enterprise environment with external customerso 2 years demonstrated experience testing web solutions in a Drupal 8/9/10 environment.
o 2 years' experience developing, updating and executing automated test scriptso 2 years' experience with Selenium testing toolso 2 years of manual regression testing experienceo 2 years' experience working with Jira and Confluenceo Oral and written communication skillso Interpersonal, consultive and facilitation skillso Critical Analysis Skillso Problem Solving Skillso Technical Awareness of the projecto Management and Leadership Skillso Keen attention to detailAGENCY SPECIFIC
Qualifications:
Minimum Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or proven equivalent work experience, AND three (3) years of systems analysis and/or business analysis experience, AND two (2) or more years' experience in:
documentation, quality assurance, integration, and user acceptance testing OR 4 years demonstrated experience as a hands-on QA specialist.
Preferred
Qualifications:
(Preference will be given to candidates who, demonstrate some or all of the following skills/experience):
o Advanced level experience in software development methodologies, like Agile, Scrum and Waterfallo Experience working in state government Recommended Skills Acceptance Testing Agile Methodology Attention To Detail Automation Business Analysis Business Requirements Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
