Standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reading, problem solving, concentrating, thinking, and communicating at a managerial or supervisor level.
Apps and online platform experience wanted for this role.
Having your own commercial cleaning equipment and team of at least 2 people is a plus.
Must be dependable! For this position specifically:
Previous commercial cleaning or Air BNB cleaning experience is required for this position.
Preferably a strong independent owner, with their own equipment and a team already.
This contract pays owners 1099 directly on average 1.
5-3k a month for part time positions.
Full time positions may be available based on experience, ability to obtain your own cleaning team and customer service skills.
Must be able to push or pull 50 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds.
Must be able to stand for a maximum of 5-6 hours, bend, stretch, reach, crawl, kneel.
Our main hours of operation as needed will be from 11:
00-AM to 4:
00-PM on a flexible schedule including weekends.
Must be able to speak and read English.
Have 5
years of commercial or residential cleaning experience.
Attention to detail and cleanliness is a plus.
Must be able to follow guidelines and directions per management and onsite vendors.
Ability to travel to different clients in a work day, usually (1-3 max in the Metro Atlanta Area).
Have a Car along with an up to date drivers license.
Ability to communicate professionally with QA managers, contractors, and clients.
Ability to communicate in Spanishmay be helpful.
Must display professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness at all times.
We are looking for leaders that will show pride in their work.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Mobile cell phone with GPS and Internet is required for certain Apps on our jobs.
Abilities:

Ability to contact customers and resolve customer service issues and scheduling with clients is not required but is a big plus.
