Scrum Master - Epic Clarity/Caboodle Analyst

Work you'll do/Responsibilities oCommunicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management oIndependently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes oLead the estimation, design, development and testing for the investment projects.
Has hands-on experience with Agile, JIRA and Clarity/ETL development oStronger delivery schedule to alignment with Release schedule, oSupport for additional non-prod environment build oDeployment/Release management support for Clarity, Caboodle, Slicer Dicer solutions oClarity/Caboodle development support and administration oConcept Phase - Attend the business discussion with the intention of participation and collaboration to the Business Requirements documentation.
oDefinition Phase -Work in coordination with architecture and IT team to define the solution definition; Perform the data analysis work to facilitate the gap analysis exercise; Work with solution consultant to define the logical data model for the solution.
oDevelopment Planning - Attend logical and physical design discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Contribute to development project plans and unit testing timelines.
Make sure the development environment is ready and escalate if it is not.
oDevelopment - Develop the solution using ETL, reporting or database tools as per the business requirements mentioned in the physical solution design document.
oUnit Testing - Creating Unit test spec documents and test the application with the data available in the environment.
Document unit test and results in Quality Center or another applicable tool.

Qualifications Required 3
years of deep hands-on Scrum Master experience with strong knowledge on Epic Cogito suite of tools (Clarity, SSIS, Caboodle and SlicerDicer) Epic Clarity/Caboodle certification is mandatory Tableau, SSIS and SQL knowledge and working experience Business Objects/Crystal Reports knowledge and working experience Radar dashboard knowledge and experience Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Role is remote Preferred Informatica PowerCenter Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, Python, Power BI SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Administration.
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products Can operate independently or with minimum supervision Excellent Written and Communication Skills Ability to deliver technical demonstrations The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $82,000 to $110,000.
