General Description and Classification Standards:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities These are typical responsibilities for this position and should not be construed as exclusive or all inclusive.

oEnsures daily task and inspection are completed properly and timely oEnsure any required property research conducted thoroughly oEnsure reports received or submitted are accurate oEnsures Inquiries and complaints are responded to promptly oReport any violations or issues to Team Lead Decisions made in the field are to ensure individual safety and that of the general public.
Leadership is provided to staff daily.
Required, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities This is a partial listing of necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job successfully.

Knowledge of concepts, regulations, principals, and procedures related to stormwater compliance, post development, green infrastructure and inspections as necessary in the completion of daily responsibilities.
Candidate must have general knowledge of applicable ordinances, policies and regulations pertaining to the specific duties and responsibilities of the job.
Have the ability to keep abreast of any changes in policy, methods, and operations, as they pertain to departmental inspections, operations and activities.
Must be organized and able to effectively communicate with management, team members and the public.
Has the ability to utilize and understand computer applications and techniques as necessary for database management and the completion of daily assignments.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in a Science related field (Biology, Environmental Management, Forestry, etc.
).
Licensures and Certifications Must possess a valid Georgia Drivers' License at the time of appointment.
License must remain valid while in this classification.
Must be able to obtain and maintain status as a Code Enforcement Agent, as certified by the Atlanta Police Department.
Must obtain Level II Georgia Soil and Water Commission Specialist Certification within 6 months of employment.
