Job Description Assists the manager in leading and facilitating the identification of key performance measures, data analysis, performance improvement and the implementation of redesigned processes.
Leads change management efforts to achieve optimal performance.
Establishes monitoring tools, including call capture software, to sustain and continue the improvement efforts.
Assists with strategic planning to align organizational goals with improvement initiatives and organizational needs.
Experience 2 years of experience in quality, performance improvement, or business analysis in healthcare 2 years of experience in area supporting Experience in working collaboratively with groups or teams Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Healthcare, Business, Engineering, or related field Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Certification Summary No professional certifications required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient at a high level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Advanced oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to confront and creatively manage conflict Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization Job Responsibilities Facilitates/educates and provides technical expertise to system/access employees and leaders in identifying key performance indicators that are linked and aligned with organizational strategic goals and performance targets.
Participates in the review and update of the performance improvement plan routinely and at a minimum of annually by conducting evaluations during routine rounding.
Ensures that performance improvement practices are evidenced-based and consistent with regulatory guidelines.
Provides ongoing orientation, education, and training pertinent to performance improvement based on customer needs assessments.
Implements performance improvement methods to achieve desired outcomes.
Coaches and facilitates prioritized improvement initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
Facilitates multidisciplinary teams to evaluate processes and systems, generate alternatives, and make recommendations to reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and produce favorable outcomes.
Communicates team recommendations.
Leads change management to successfully drive changes.
Leads cross-functional teams to identify and implement changes.
Designs tools, reports, baselines, and dashboards to assist in monitoring performance.
Develops quality metrics to assess overall success of performance improvement indicators.
Evaluates and implements new initiatives that assist in the achievement of system goals.
Participates in the achievement of organizational-directed department goals.
Documents and manages performance review/improvement process and related activities.
Works collaboratively with internal and external resources.
Coordinates and completes assigned projects.
Provides one-on-one coaching sessions to assist in individual attainment of quality goals.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
