Work you'll do:
Deloitte provides comprehensive configuration, development, and operational services for the ServiceNow platform and all its related products.
The Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) products are the focus of the client's immediate and long-term needs.
As a ServiceNow Developer you will be a key member of the overall client project team working to implement and configure ServiceNow for one or more applications mentioned.
Some your daily activities in this role will include:
Implement ServiceNow Application(s) throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle.
Design and build systems integrations through various methods (Web services, LDAP, SQL, APIs) Develop customizations such as building workflows, importing data, integrating with external data sources via API's and scripting, customizing the screens, forms and lists, building reports and dashboards, configuring groups and role access.
Configure out of the box ServiceNow solutions to meet client's business needs.
Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, debug software problems, and make recommendations for problem resolution.
Work with clients to identify target use cases for automation, as well as defining and documenting business and functional requirements for software development.
Required
Qualifications:
oBA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience in a Business or Technology discipline, Engineering, Information Management Systems or Computer Science.
o3-5 years hands on experience in development, support, administration, and implementation of ServiceNow through the complete software development lifecycle.
oRequired certifications as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
oStrong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships.
oHands on knowledge and experience with JavaScript /HTML/CSS/AJAX/Angular/Bootstrap/Jelly.
oExperience administering a ServiceNow instance including group roles, permissions, modifications for business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies.
oPossess or ability to obtain & maintain security clearance.
oMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
oFluent language skills in English, both oral and written.
Preferred Qualifications oCertifications as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more ServiceNow products:
GRC/IRM, ITAM/CMDB.
o1
years' experience working with ServiceNow GRC/IRM and/or ITAM/CMDB products.
oRelational database expertise in relation to an enterprise software system (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL) oDeep analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
oAble to engage with customers to understand, gather and document requirements.
oExcellent team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and craves situational awareness.
oAbility to take a broad view of his/her position and take initiative to communicate, interact, and cooperate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed.
oProficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
oExcellent oral/written communication skills and a proven ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
oStrong ability to manage personal time requirements and activities to meet project related timelines and client commitments.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,750 to $141,250.
