Procurement Analyst
Job DescriptionRole PurposeSupport Procurement and Cost Efficiency (PaCE) day to day sourcing activities, manage stakeholder relationships, contract and supplier management, and data analysisKey Accountabilities Execution of reports across a variety of category areas delivered within allocated timeframes and In conjunction with internal stakeholders, maintain profile sheets for strategic suppliers Maintain and manage project intake tool In conjunction with business stakeholders, develop and manage centralized supplier performance management tool Respond in a timely manner to stakeholder requests Build strategic supplier contract summaries for internal and external stakeholders Conduct spend analysis using data from various sources Develop, maintain and publish internal and external performance dashboards Develop and maintain procurement documentation as required, including process documentation and SOPs Perform Quality Checks on own work and for team members, where requested Provide suggestions and input as to how services could be improvedor delivered more effectively and provide, assistance with service reporting as appropriate Maintain calendar of events for strategic supplier engagements Prioritize workload to ensure delivery of reports and dashboards according to schedule Key Skills & ExperiencesEducation Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience Experience3-5 years progressive work-related experience including:
Proficient in executing multi-step Sourcing and Procurement projects and processes General understanding of Category Management methodology and procurement processes Procurement experience in a large organization Experience with supporting supplier management activities Capable of being part of matrixed team in a project environment Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills Effective project management skills Excellent Analytic and Data Management Skills Excellent communication skills About UsAt IHG, we've made a promise.
