Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a Lead Program Manager for a growing Avionics program for an international customer through a new development phase and into production.
The candidate will have proven experience in program management to include successful demonstration of program execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Responsibilities include driving program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow.
The Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program.
The candidate acts as the primary customer contact for program activities and leading program review sessions.
The Program Manager establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules as well as identifies program problems and obtains solutions such as allocating resources or changing specifications.
The Program Manager may be required to generate proposals for new business pursuits and participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable coordinating multiple parallel activities with a diverse functional team.
Essential Functions:
oLead internal program team and monitor all program activities to ensure compliance with product specifications, performance requirements, schedules, and cost commitments oManage programs through the integration of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and procedures oProposal manager for production Lots and ECPs by leading proposal effort from kickoff, cost and pricing reviews, and cost proposal submittal oLead or participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes oIdentify existing or potential program risks and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications oEnsure that all required staffing resources are available for the program oParticipate in and contribute to internal cost, schedule, and technical reporting requirements oOversee the generation, quality, and timeliness of all written customer deliverables and reports oInteract directly with and fosters an excellent working relationship with Customers
Qualifications:
oBachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience oGood working knowledge of EVMS oExperience with Risk and Change Management oExperience leading cross functional teams and interfacing with customers directly oExperience supporting and leading proposals oExperience with the Business Acquisition Process while working within an organization handling government contracts Preferred Additional Skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
