Senior Shop Manager

Schneider is seeking a Senior Shop Manager to join our talented team! You will be responsible for the successful management of the company shop.
All actions will be in support of increasing line of business satisfaction, lowering the cost of repairs, and increasing equipment availability.
This includes the development and execution of long and short-range goals, action plans, and effective leadership of the shop associates.
About the role:
Accountable for all maintenance costs, equipment availability, and repair decisions for fleet units Responsible for shop usage of parts Reinforce and demonstrate Schneiders core values and in so doing, support Schneiders Union Free philosophy Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values As an associate you will enjoy a strong work/life balance that includes paid vacation and holidays along with paid personal time off.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
