Job Description:
The Technical Project Manager (PM) will drive technology projects through their life cycle ensuring technical solutions are sound and aligned to the business goals.
The position administratively reports to the Project Management Officer but is operationally accountable to the agency's Chief Architect and supported system business owners.
The Project Manager works with Agency and State level executives, software vendors, service providers, and business directors to implement changes to the agency's cloud environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Under general supervision, manages and/or coordinates all tasks for medium and large-sized cloud environment project(s) of moderate to high complexity and risk.
Works with PMO, security, architectural and quality assurance teams to ensure that the established system standards, procedures, and quality objectives are achievedDrives project kick-off activities; internal meetings, statement of work creation, project plan documentation for top-tier, high profile customers.
Prepares and manages schedules, risks, issues, and interdependencies with understanding of on premise and cloud technologies.
Develops time and cost estimates, project plans/schedules, and budgets.
During execution, monitors performance and reports to management project status and pertinent issues, including major milestones and potential project risks.
Provides continuing direction to the project team, conducts status meetings, assesses proposed changes in scope, and recommends courses of action to project sponsors during the execution phase.
Oversees and controls ongoing costs, schedules, resources, scope, and risks.
Assesses project variances, gathers metrics, and develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure that the project remains within specified scope and is within time, cost, and quality objectivesBriefs and presents project status to Agency and State level executivesDevelops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, vendors, and key clientsNear the end of the project, uses the product verification process to make sure that the project hasdelivered what the client expected and performs a lesson learned for all projects.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related fieldPMP certification from PMI or equivalent Project Management certification10 years' experience leading server-based application and software development/enhancement projectsof moderate to high complexityTechnical experience and knowledge of application support processes in cloud environmentsLed/coordinated vendor managed projects within the last 5 yearsExecutive level written and oral communication skillsExpert level skills in the use of MS 0365 Suite (MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams)Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with state government procurement and administrative proceduresMaster's degree and/or specialized training in related fieldExperience with Government Health and Human Services Eligibility Systems Experience working in an Enterprise outsourced environment Recommended Skills Administration Certified Project Management Professional Cloud Technologies Communication Coordinating Financial Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
