Job Description:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Remote Licensed Director, Retirement Planner in the Greater Metro-Atlanta area! The position is remote and requires that you reside in the Greater Atlanta Georgia area.
We offer virtual interviewing and onboarding, as well as access to our virtual training and support.
Full access to work from home capabilities to support our clients remotely.

As a Director, Retirement Planner, you're a professional at delivering fundamental and complex guidance to workplace retirement plan participants.
Your role is key in helping each plan participant achieve success with planning for their future.
TheExpertiseWe're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience 5 years minimum investment sales/financial planning experience Series 7,63 (required) 65/66 within 90 days of hire In pursuit of Certified Financial Planner (CFP)Or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation within 90 days of hire if you do not currently possess it.
Proven track record in generating sales and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients ThePurposeof Your RoleAs a Director, Retirement Planner, you will play a critical role in driving customer loyalty so our Tax Exempt retirement plan participants choose to become Fidelity customers for life.
You will facilitate high-quality 1:
1 meetings with retirement plan participants, including basic plan overviews and more complex retirement planning and portfolio reviews.
You'll be responsible for understanding the client's unique financial situation and providing personalized solutions.

Your comprehensive understanding of the current market, economy, & economic trends Your robust consultative, influencing and communication skills Proven capability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative Strong time management and prioritization skills Your receptiveness to feedback and willingness to adapt to change TheValueYou Deliver Onboarding new participants into their workplace plans by providing education on their company's match and savings as well as guidance to help with choosing their investment strategy Supporting consolidation inquiries by proactively asking participants about prior workplace plans and other outside investments and offering suitable solutions to meet the customers' needs Actively engaging Tax Exempt Market retirement plan participants in a needs based analysis to identify appropriate solutions that will compliment and support their overall retirement plan Leverage guidance offering and appropriate tools to assist customers with their retirement readiness Applying consultative selling skills to customer interactions to identify suitable solutions and guidance while acquiring, retaining and developing assets Understanding and articulating Fidelity Viewpoints to provide general education to clients Identify opportunities to provide more complex guidance and partner with our Financial/Investment consultants where appropriate.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
